Delhi, Jan. 2 -- Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Shri Mohd Hanifa Jan, chaired a meeting with the Director General, Border Roads Organisation (DG BRO), Lieutenant General Harpal Singh today at BRO Headquarter in Delhi to discuss key developmental issues concerning Drass region of Kargil.

During the meeting, several important infrastructure and livelihood-related matters were taken up, including construction of the Drass-Gurez Road to improve strategic and civilian connectivity and construction of bypass roads at Thasgam village and from Shimsa to Kharboo to ease traffic and enhance safety.
