Leh, Dec. 25 -- The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, today paid tribute to former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji on his birth anniversary, observed as Good Governance Day, at the Lieutenant Governor's Secretariat.

Addressing officers and staff, the Lt Governor recalled Shri Vajpayee ji's visionary leadership, noting that his tenure will always be remembered for nation-building, transparent governance, and people-centric policies.
