Leh, Oct. 25 -- The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, today addressed the first-ever Passing Out Parade of Ladakh Police at the Police Training Centre, Stong-Sar, marking a historic milestone in the journey of India's youngest police force.The Lt Governor inspected the parade and took salute of the marching contingents during the march past/Rashtriya salute.
