Kargil, Dec. 11 -- Under the initiative, "Padega Kargil, Badega Kargil", the District Administration Kargil successfully conducted a third-party assessment of school children across the district. The examinations were held at 81 centres across Kargil.

The examination was aimed to access the overall development and comprehension of different subjects among the children. A record total of 91.46 percent of students, out of a total of 8,169, appeared for the examination, a high turnout due to the enthusiastic participation of the students. The high number of participation was also ensured by the active support of the teacher fraternity and parents.
