, Oct. 24 -- The second batch of the three dayDakshata Trainingsuccessfully concluded today at SNM Hospital Leh. The training conducted under the National Health Mission (NHM), aimed to strengthen the skills of healthcare professionals in providing quality maternal and newborn care.

Dr. Ayesha Malo, Consultant Gynaecologist, SNM Hospital, Leh, served as the resource person for the training. Through detailed sessions, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions, participants were trained on evidence based practices for safe deliveries, management of obstetric emergencies, and essential newborn care, as per theDakshataguidelines of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
