Kargil, Jan. 27 -- The Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today attended a programme held at Thuvina village, organized by the newly formed Peak Pakhtun Thuvina Ice Hockey Team. The event was aimed at seeking guidance, encouragement, and institutional support for the new team and its aspiring players.

During the programme, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon interacted with young, talented, and energetic ice hockey players, who showcased ice hockey movements and stunts as a gesture of welcome to the Hon'ble CEC. Appreciating their skills and enthusiasm, the CEC encouraged the players to continue practicing with dedication, discipline, and high spirit.
