Kargil, Sept. 10 -- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today chaired a review meeting at the Council Secretariat to assess the physical and financial achievements under the District CAPEX Budget 2025-26.

The meeting primarily focused on addressing challenges and initiating corrective measures to ensure effective and timely expenditure ahead of the anticipated deadlines of September 23 (early expenditure target) and October 10 (final deadline).
