GULMARG, Sept. 2 -- A youth was killed and another injured in a road accident in Gulmarg on Monday, officials said.

The deceased was identified as Farooq Ahmad Lone, son of Ghulam Nabi Lone and a resident of Chanpora, Tangmarg.

The injured youth was shifted to a medical facility for treatment, officials said, adding that further details about the accident were awaited.
