India, Oct. 8 -- Doha: The commerce and industry ministry will come out with consultation papers to look at tweaking the Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) laws with an aim to promote innovation, research and development in India, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said.
However, he said that ever-greening of patents will never be allowed.
