India, Oct. 22 -- Police have solved a theft case by arresting two accused persons involved in the commission of a crime in Shopian and recovered stolen property from their possession, a police spokesperson informed Tuesday.
It said investigating a case of theft of apple crates at DK Pora, the police, with the help of technical analysis, identified and apprehended two accused persons. Identified as Mohammad Altaf Bakshi, son of Mohammad Afzal Bakshi of Rambirpora, Kehribal Mattan, Anantnag, and Adil Gulzar Ganie, son of Gulzar Ahmad Ganie of Chee, Anantnag, both persons were arrested, and the auto load-carrier used in the theft was also seized after stolen crates were recovered from their possession, police said.
