Anantnag, Oct. 1 -- Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Anantnag, Amod Ashok Nagpure, chaired an operations and crime review meeting at the District Police Office (DPO) Anantnag to assess the overall security situation and crime-related activities across the district.
The meeting was attended by senior and supervisory police officers. The SSP reviewed the prevailing law and order situation, crime trends, progress in important investigations, pending cases and operational preparedness. He directed officers to strengthen preventive measures, ensure timely disposal of investigations, intensify action against criminal and anti-social elements, and maintain close coordination among all units for effective policing.
