Srinagar, July 2 -- Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather on Wednesday chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress of development works being executed by the Public Works (R&B) Department in Budgam district, with special focus on his Charar-i-Sharief constituency.

The department gave a detailed presentation on works completed during the previous financial year under various components, including Roads & Buildings (R&B), connectivity projects, pothole repairs and the UT Capex Budget.
