Chrar-i-Sharief, Aug. 11 -- Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Monday reviewed developmental works in several areas of the Chrar-i-Sharief constituency and launched the macadamisation of link roads in Wanpora.
During his visit to Wanpora, Qazipora, Takiya Hayatpora and Sarie, Rather inspected ongoing development projects and interacted with residents to assess local infrastructure requirements.
The Speaker inaugurated the macadamisation of Wanpora link roads and directed officials to ensure quality standards during execution of the project.
He also inspected proposed sites for bridge construction and announced that a bridge on the Takiya Nagam-Hayatpora-Dalwan road would be taken up at a cost of Rs.2 cro...
