Srinagar, April 29 -- The Srinagar Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the allotment of shops and office spaces at the Habba-Khatoon Commercial Complex in Parimpora through an online e-auction on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
The Notice Inviting Offer (NIO No. 01 of 2026) proposes allotment of built-up commercial units on an "as is where is" basis, in accordance with provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1988.
