SRINAGAR, Sept. 26 -- National Conference MLA from Habba Kadal, Shameema Firdous, on Saturday reviewed ongoing development works in various parts of her constituency and laid the foundation stone for a drainage project at Gol Market in Karan Nagar.
According to party sources, the drainage project, estimated to cost Rs.27 lakh, will cover around 200 metres and is intended to address drainage issues in the area. Firdous also announced that another drainage work, estimated at Rs.12 lakh, would be taken up in the locality.
