SRINAGAR, Oct. 25 -- Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Women's Wing president and Habba Kadal MLA Shameema Firdous on Sunday reviewed ongoing developmental works in her constituency, inaugurating road macadamisation work and inspecting projects related to public amenities and religious infrastructure.
During the visit, Firdous said the Omar Abdullah-led government was working to address public concerns and improve basic amenities despite the administrative constraints arising from Jammu and Kashmir's Union Territory status.
She said the government's priorities included improving road connectivity, drinking water supply and other essential services, besides ensuring the timely completion of developmental projects.
