Srinagar, Nov. 3 -- Senior IAS officer Shaleen Kabra on Monday assumed charge as Director General of the Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (J&K IMPA&RD).
Kabra, a 1992-batch IAS officer, held an introductory meeting with officers, faculty members and staff of the institute after assuming charge. He discussed various administrative and institutional matters and sought feedback on issues and challenges affecting its functioning.
He also reviewed the overall functioning of the institute and took stock of the infrastructure available at the IMPA&RD campus. Measures to address the issues identified during the review and ensure their timely resolution were also discussed.
