Srinagar, July 22 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said India's spiritual heritage affirms that the Supreme Reality and Shakti are eternally inseparable, describing Shakti as the sustaining consciousness of the cosmos.

Addressing the inaugural session of the four-day national symposium "Shakti Mimamsa", organised jointly by the Central Sanskrit University (Jammu Campus), Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, the Lieutenant Governor said the deliberations on the spiritual heritage of the 51 Shakti Peethas would help reconnect people with India's ancient Sanatana consciousness.
