Anantnag, May 13 -- Commissioner Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Saurabh Bhagat on Tuesday conducted an extensive tour of Anantnag district to review developmental works and preparedness for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY) 2026.
He was accompanied by senior officials of the FCS&CA Department, TSOs and field staff during the visit.
The Commissioner Secretary inspected ongoing works related to augmentation of storage infrastructure, repair and renovation of departmental assets and other logistical arrangements being made to ensure smooth supply of foodgrains and essential commodities during the annual pilgrimage.
