Rajouri, July 22 -- Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, and Science and Technology Satish Sharma on Tuesday visited flood-affected areas of Rajouri district to review rescue, relief and rehabilitation measures and assess damage caused by the recent flash floods.

The Minister inspected the flood-hit Baila Bus Stand, where he reviewed damage to infrastructure and vehicles affected by the floods. He directed officials to conduct a detailed assessment of losses and expedite restoration to facilitate the resumption of public transport services.
