Jammu, May 15 -- Minister for Education, Social Welfare, Health and Medical Education Sakeena Itoo on Thursday presided over the renaming ceremony of Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The institution has been renamed as "Shri Kuldip Kumar Badyal Memorial Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar" in honour of late educationist Kuldip Kumar Badyal.
The function was attended by MLA Bahu Vikram Randhawa, Deputy Commissioner Jammu Dr. Rakesh Minhas, Director School Education Jammu Naseem Javaid Chowdhary, Director Health Services Jammu Poonam Sethi, family members of the late educationist, faculty members and students.
