Jammu, Nov. 3 -- Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather was accorded a warm welcome by senior officers and staff of the Assembly Secretariat on Monday as Darbar Move offices opened in the winter capital.

Rather was received by senior officers and officials of the Secretariat, who greeted him on the commencement of the Assembly Secretariat's winter functioning in Jammu.
