Srinagar, June 15 -- Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology and Environment and Tribal Affairs Javed Ahmed Rana on Sunday emphasised the need for timely completion of development projects and efficient public service delivery while reviewing the functioning of the Jal Shakti Department across Kashmir division.

Chairing a review meeting in Srinagar, the Minister assessed the progress of ongoing works and reviewed the implementation of water supply and irrigation projects in the Valley.
