JAMMU, June 16 -- Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo on Tuesday said public outreach remains an integral part of transparent and accountable governance as she met several delegations and individuals at the Civil Secretariat here to hear public grievances and developmental concerns.

The delegations, representing different areas and sections of society, raised issues relating to healthcare services, education, social welfare programmes, civic amenities and local infrastructure. Several individuals also sought intervention on matters requiring administrative attention.
