KULGAM, Oct. 27 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday solved a hit-and-run case in Kulgam by tracing and arresting the suspected driver within two hours of the incident.

According to police, an unknown vehicle, allegedly being driven at high speed, hit a load carrier on October 25, leaving its occupants seriously injured. The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment and later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag due to the critical nature of their injuries.

In connection with the incident, a case was registered at Police Station Kulgam under FIR No. 203/2026 under relevant sections of law, and an investigation was initiated.
