Ganderbal, March 25 -- In a bid to promote sportsmanship and youth engagement, Police on Tuesday inaugurated the Martyr Inspector Mushtaq Ahmad Baba T-20 Cricket Tournament at Qamariya Stadium, Ganderbal, under the Civic Action Programme.
The tournament was inaugurated by Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal, Khalil Ahmad Poswal, who was accompanied by Additional SP Ganderbal Owaise Loun and DySP Headquarters Ganderbal Umer Urfan.
The inaugural match was played between Rising Star Baderkund and Shallabugh Blasters. A total of 32 teams from across the district are participating in the tournament, reflecting strong enthusiasm among local youth for sporting activities.
