SRINAGAR, Sept. 24 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said it attached a residential property in Baramulla district under provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in connection with a terrorism-related case.

According to a police statement, the property was attached under Section 25 of the UAPA in connection with FIR No. 37/2026 registered at Police Station Sheeri under Sections 7 and 25 of the Arms Act and various provisions of the UAPA.

Police identified the property as a double-storeyed residential house built on land bearing Survey No. 423 at Namblan village in Sheeri area of Baramulla. The property belongs to Aijaz Ahmad Ganie, son of late Mohammad Sultan Ganie.
