Jammu, Feb. 14 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Thursday reviewed the outreach-based Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, revealing that more than 4.5 lakh people have been mobilised through over 9,000 awareness programmes across panchayats, urban local bodies and educational institutions.

Stressing stronger monitoring and professional counselling support, he directed integration of the J&K portal with the national anti-drug platform and called for certified de-addiction training to tackle substance abuse as a major public health challenge in the Union Territory.
