One held in hit-and-run case in Awantipora

India, Sept. 23 -- Srinagar: Police have solved a hit-and-run case by arresting a person allegedly involved in it, a police spokesperson informed Monday.

He said on September 17, an accident was reported at Lethpora, wherein an unknown vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian, Habibullah Beigh, son of Mohammad Sultan Beigh of Lethpora. The injured person was taken to the hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to injuries.
