Jammu, Oct. 17 -- National Commission for Minorities (NCM) Chairman Harjit Singh Grewal on Friday reviewed the implementation of welfare schemes, security arrangements and grievance redressal mechanisms for minority communities in Jammu and Kashmir at a meeting with senior officials of the Union Territory administration.
