KISHTWAR, Sept. 15 -- National Conference (NC) leaders on Tuesday accused the Leader of Opposition (LoP) of failing to address key developmental issues in the Padder-Nagseni Assembly constituency and alleged that the area continues to lag behind in infrastructure and rehabilitation efforts.

Addressing a series of party workers' meetings at Machail, Gulabgarh and Kishtwar, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary questioned the pace of development in the constituency and raised concerns over the status of the proposed road connecting Gulabgarh and Machail.
