Jammu, Aug. 20 -- The Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, attended the 2nd edition of the ICC MSME Conclave 2026 in Jammu earlier today.

He delivered a keynote address at the Conclave, highlighting the transformative role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the rise of Nano Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and the centrality of technology-led growth in shaping India's economic future, an official press release informed.
