Tangmarg, May 19 -- MLA Gulmarg Farooq Ahmad Shah on Monday carried out a series of public outreach and developmental programmes across the constituency focusing on education, healthcare, youth awareness and public welfare.
The MLA inaugurated a newly constructed building at Government Girls Middle School Kralpora Wailoo aimed at improving educational infrastructure and student facilities.
He interacted with students, teachers and local residents and stressed the importance of quality education.
Later, Farooq Shah attended a programme organised under the Nasha Mukt Abhiyan at MTM Experimental School Wussan Karhama where students and youth were sensitised about the harmful effects of drug abuse.
