Baramulla, Nov. 2 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police traced a minor girl reported missing from Barolia in Uttar Pradesh within two hours of receiving information about her last known location in Baramulla, officials said on Monday.
According to police, the alert was received by Police Control Room (PCR) Baramulla, which subsequently informed Police Station Chandoosa for necessary action.
Police personnel circulated the information among beat officers and launched a search operation. With assistance from the local Lambardar and Chowkidar, the girl was traced from Murran Tangwari village and brought to the police station within two hours.
