Srinagar, July 8 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday administered the oath of office to Manoj Gupta as Member of the Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources Regulatory Authority (JKWRA) at a ceremony in Srinagar.
According to an official statement, the oath-taking ceremony was attended by Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department, senior officials of the department and other dignitaries.
The statement said Gupta's appointment is expected to further strengthen the institutional framework for water resources governance in the Union Territory.
