JAMMU, Jan. 16 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today held separate meetings with two delegations at Raj Bhavan here.

A delegation of the Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS), led by its J&K UT President Sandeep Jain, called on the Lieutenant Governor and discussed various issues and initiatives related to social welfare and community development in the Union Territory.

Later, a delegation of LLM scholars from the University of Jammu, led by Advocate Ketan Kumar, also met the Lieutenant Governor. The scholars apprised him of matters concerning legal education, academic research, and opportunities for young law professionals in Jammu and Kashmir.
