Srinagar, Aug. 4 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday congratulated Baramulla-born fast bowler Auqib Nabi on his selection to the Indian cricket team for the Test series against Sri Lanka.
