Srinagar, Aug. 9 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today graced the convocation ceremony of the 9th batch and the induction of the 10th batch of the Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership (IIDL), an initiative of Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Mumbai, an official press release informed.
