LEH, Sept. 15 -- Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Tuesday inaugurated the 11th Ladakh Zanskar Festival 2026, describing the event as a celebration of Zanskar's rich cultural heritage, distinct identity and growing tourism potential.
The two-day festival, marked by vibrant cultural performances and participation from local communities, is the first major cultural event to be held since Zanskar was granted district status in April this year.
