Srinagar, June 5 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Lakes Conservation and Management Authority (JKLCMA), in collaboration with Crescent Public School, Srinagar, on Friday organised a programme to mark World Environment Day, aimed at promoting environmental awareness and encouraging sustainable practices among students.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and JKLCMA officials. It featured awareness sessions, environmental presentations, poster-making activities and a plantation drive designed to sensitise young minds about environmental conservation and ecological sustainability.
