JAMMU, March 31 -- Minister for Agriculture Javid Ahmad Dar today informed the Legislative Assembly that the completion and commissioning of schemes under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), will significantly reduce the dependence on tanker services in rural areas.
The Minister was replying to a Calling Attention Motion raised by MLA Baldev Raj Sharma regarding water supply shortage in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Constituency. He was replying on behalf of Minister for Jal Shakti, Javed Ahmed Rana.
