Srinagar, Oct. 17 -- Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Minister Javid Ahmad Dar on Saturday participated virtually in a review meeting on preparations for the nationwide Khet Bachao Abhiyan, scheduled to run from October 22 to November 30.

The meeting was chaired by Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who reviewed the campaign's implementation framework and stressed coordinated efforts to reach farmers in every village.

Chouhan called for a robust implementation mechanism to ensure effective outreach and tangible benefits for farmers, emphasising that soil conservation was essential for long-term sustainability and the nutritional security of future generations.
