Baramulla, Sept. 5 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperatives and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, on Saturday reviewed the progress of development works and assessed the delivery of essential public services during a visit to the Rafiabad constituency in north Kashmir's Baramulla district.
According to an official statement, the minister visited Government High School Haman Kandi and inspected the infrastructure and facilities available to students. He directed the Chief Education Officer, Baramulla, to ensure adequate availability of teaching staff and effective implementation of the Mid-Day Meal Scheme.
