Srinagar, May 9 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting to review a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for victims of drug abuse, aimed at providing long-term treatment, social reintegration and livelihood support across Jammu and Kashmir.

The rehabilitation framework has been prepared by the Social Welfare Department in consultation with various government departments and stakeholders.
