JAMMU, April 17 -- Jammu and Kashmir has secured the third rank in the country under Mission Karmayogi during SĀDHANA Saptah, while the Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (JKIMPARD) received a special award for excellence.
The recognition marks a significant milestone in the Union Territory's efforts to institutionalise continuous learning and competency-driven governance among civil servants under the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building.
Officials said Jammu and Kashmir's performance reflected the structured implementation of reforms centred on role-based capacity building, competency mapping and extensive use of the iGOT Karmayogi digital platform.
