Srinagar, June 5 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday carried out a mega plantation drive across the districts of Kashmir Valley to mark World Environment Day, with officers and personnel planting thousands of saplings at police establishments and public spaces to promote environmental conservation and enhance green cover.

The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation across all ranks and was conducted at District Police Headquarters, District Police Lines, SDPO offices, Police Stations and Police Posts throughout the Valley.
