SRINAGAR, May 14 -- Jammu and Kashmir has been recognised as a "High Performer" in the prestigious Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2025 Report released by Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal at a function held at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi.

The achievement marks a significant progression for Jammu and Kashmir, which had earlier been placed in the "Aspirers" category among Union Territories till 2023 and was subsequently recognised as a "Fast Mover" in 2024.

Officials said the latest recognition as a "High Performer" reflects sustained improvements achieved in the logistics ecosystem, infrastructure development, policy support and regulatory framework across the Union Territory.
