SRINAGAR, May 8 -- University of Kashmir witnessed intense competition and enthusiastic participation during Day 3 and Day 4 of the ongoing All India Inter-University Wushu Championship 2026 at SKISC Srinagar.
The championship is being organised by the varsity's Directorate of Physical Education and Sports under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities.
The event features competitions across 12 weight categories in Men's Sanda and 10 weight categories in Women's Sanda, besides Taolu events in both sections. Officials said the competition has become increasingly competitive as the Sanda contests advance into later rounds.
