SRINAGAR, Sept. 10 -- Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Chanchal Kumar, on Thursday reviewed the functioning of the Ministry's media units in Srinagar and called for enhanced digital outreach, stronger audience engagement and improved coordination among various platforms.

The review meeting was held at Doordarshan Kendra (DDK) Srinagar and attended by representatives of Doordarshan, Akashvani, Press Information Bureau (PIB) and Central Bureau of Communication (CBC).

During the meeting, the Secretary reviewed news and programme content produced by Akashvani and Doordarshan, as well as outreach campaigns undertaken by PIB and CBC. Officials said he expressed satisfaction over the overall functioning of the media units....
