BARAMULLA, July 30 -- A residential house was destroyed after a suspected LPG cylinder leak triggered a powerful explosion and fire in Pheliharan village of Sheeri-Narvaw in Baramulla district on Wednesday. No casualties or injuries were reported.

Fire and Emergency Services personnel brought the blaze under control before it spread to adjoining houses, though the structure was completely gutted. Police have launched an investigation, with preliminary findings pointing to a gas leak as the likely cause.
